What are the required data fields to include in my results data for WDAA Show Recognition?

To meet WDAA Show Recognition standards, the following fields must be included in your results submission:
  • Recognized Show Number
  • Judge Name (must be included for each record when multiple judges are present)
  • Exhibitor Name
  • Exhibitor WDAA Membership Number
  • Exhibitor Email Address
  • Horse Name
  • Horse Identification Number - see show recognition rules for details
  • Class Number
  • Class Name
  • Division (results will default to the OPEN Division if not specified)
  • Level
  • Test
  • Score
  • Percentage
  • Number of Class Entries
  • Class Placing
Important Notes:
  1. Membership and Horse Identification: Results will only be accepted if they match a valid WDAA Membership Number for the exhibitor and a valid Horse Identification Number for the horse. Incomplete or mismatched entries cannot be processed.
  2. Multiple Judges: If multiple judges officiate the event, each record in the results file must clearly identify the Judge Name associated with that score.
  3. Missing Show Information: If your results file does not include the Show Name, Recognized Show Number, or Judge Name, WDAA will add this information using the recognized show data in our system. To assist this process, please ensure the Recognized Show Number is included in the file name or submission.
  4. Division Defaults: If no Division is specified, results will automatically be applied to the OPEN Division.
