What if I sell my horse or lease it to someone who wants to continue to participate in WHLPAP? Does my horse keep its points?

If a horse is sold or leased, the points stay with the horse. Submit an Update Horse Information Form with the required fee. Only the current Owner in the WHLPAP system will be able to submit points for the horse.
