When do recognized show results have to be submitted to WDAA?

Show secretaries must submit official results within 14 days of each show’s end date to ensure timely processing and point updates.

For year-end awards in the WDAA Year-End High Point Program (YEHP), all results must be received by January 15. Results received after this date will not be accepted or included in final YEHP tabulations. Year-end processing begins January 15, and no late results can be accommodated.

Shows that do not submit official results may lose WDAA recognition and may not be approved to recognize future competitions.

WDAA is not responsible for errors or omissions, including results not submitted by show management.
