When should I submit my show for WDAA recognition?

It’s recommended to submit your show for WDAA recognition at least 60 days before the show date. This allows enough time for the application to be processed, any necessary adjustments to be made, and for your show to be officially recognized. Early submission also ensures your event can be promoted on WDAA platforms, giving members time to find and plan for your show. Applications submitted less than 30 days before the show will incur a $25 late fee and may experience delays in processing. Planning ahead ensures your show meets WDAA requirements and maximizes exposure to potential exhibitors.
