WDAA Show Recognition – Results Submission Policy

📝To maintain the integrity of our awards programs and ensure timely point tracking for all competitors, the Western Dressage Association of America (WDAA) requires that all recognized shows follow strict post-show reporting requirements.

🔹 Results Submission Deadline

All WDAA Recognized Shows are required to submit complete and accurate official results within 14 calendar days of the show’s end date.

Required results must include:

  • Full class results with placings (including eliminations, scratches, excusals, and withdrawals)

  • Horse names and WDAA horse numbers

  • Rider names and current WDAA membership numbers

  • Class numbers, test levels, and divisions (Open, Amateur, Junior, Gaited, etc.)

❗ Consequences of Late or Missing Results

  • If results are not received within 14 days, the show may lose WDAA recognition.

  • Results submitted late may not be accepted for points tracking.

  • Shows that fail to meet this requirement may be deemed ineligible for future WDAA recognition.

🛠 Results Corrections

If an error is found in the original submission:

  • A corrected official results file must be submitted within 30 days of the show’s end date.

  • No corrections will be accepted after this date.
