The WHLPAP Achievement Levels recognize the milestones your horse can achieve in the WDAA Horse Lifetime Points and Awards Program. Below, you can explore the criteria for each award level and view the registries of horses that have earned these prestigious honors.

WDAA Register of Merit
WDAA Plaque
Criteria: Awarded when the horse has earned 35 points.

Criteria: Awarded when the horse has earned 100 points.

WDAA Register of Excellence
WDAA Plaque and Stall Guard
Criteria: Awarded when the horse has earned 200 points.

WDAA Bronze Medalist
WDAA Bronze Medal Plaque and patch
Criteria: Awarded when the horse has earned 300 points with at least 5 tests submitted riding Level 1 or higher – WDAA Bronze Medal Plaque.

WDAA Silver Medalist
WDAA Silver Medal Plaque and patch
Criteria: Awarded when the horse has earned 400 points with at least 5 tests submitted riding Level 2 or higher.

WDAA Gold Medalist

Criteria: Awarded when the horse has earned 500 points with at least 5 tests submitted riding Level 3 or higher.

WDAA Supreme Champion
WDAA Supreme Champion Buckle and patch
Criteria: Awarded when the horse has earned 700 points with at least 5 tests submitted riding Level 4 or higher.

WDAA Super Horse
Criteria: The ultimate accolade in the WDAA Horse Lifetime Points & Awards Program. This prestigious title recognizes horses that demonstrate extraordinary achievement, longevity, and dedication to Western Dressage at the highest levels.
Requirements — to earn the WDAA Super Horse title, a horse must:
- Earn 1,500 WHLPAP points
- Submit at least 10 tests from Level 5 or higher
- Score at least 65% on all 10 tests (five of these must be from Test 3 or Test 4 at Level 5 or higher)
- Be enrolled and active in WHLPAP for a minimum of 5 years
Award: Horses achieving this title are honored with the WDAA Super Horse Bronze Bust, a symbol of excellence and dedication to Western Dressage.
